Summary

This study analyzed the career maturity growth trajectories and gender differences in middle school students using a multiple-group growth model. The results showed that boys had higher initial career maturity than girls, but girls demonstrated a higher rate of increase in high school, indicating greater potential for growth. Self-esteem, academic self-efficacy, and grit were identified as major factors influencing career maturity.
