Summary

This study analyzed the relationship between academic stress, menstrual attitude, and dysmenorrhea in high school girls. The results showed that negative attitudes towards menstruation, severe physical symptoms, and emotional changes exacerbated dysmenorrhea, and the degree of acceptance of menstruation had a significant impact. Based on these findings, the study suggests the need to develop educational programs for managing dysmenorrhea and emotional support programs within school health settings.
