Summary

This study investigated the immunomodulatory effects of Echinacea purpurea extract in C57BL/6N mice with suppressed immune function due to forced swimming exercise. Oral intake of Echinacea extract increased levels of MHC II, CD4+ T cells, Th1 cytokines, and NK cell activity, contributing to improved immune response.
