Summary

This study analyzed the impact of person-job fit (demand-ability, needs-supplies) on job satisfaction and career commitment among foodservice workers, and examined the moderating effect of leader-member exchange. The results showed that demand-ability fit and needs-supplies fit positively influenced job satisfaction, which in turn increased career commitment.
