This study aims to demonstrate that Lee Mun-gu's *GwanchonSupil* can contribute to social communication as a memory heritage in line with the spirit of the Memory of the World. *GwanchonSupil*, set against the backdrop of the Korean War and the Saemaeul Undong, offers materials to understand the communication problems of our society from various perspectives through the Confucian order within families and the democratic communication between neighbors.
