Summary

This study examined the relationship between Person-Job fit, Professional Self Concept, and Work Engagement among Dialogue Police, as well as the moderated mediating effect of Role Ambiguity. The results indicated that Professional Self Concept mediates the relationship between Person-Job fit and Work Engagement, and Role Ambiguity moderates this relationship. These findings suggest the need for clear role definition and training/HR policies to enhance expertise and improve work engagement in non-standing professional organizations like the Dialogue Police.
