Summary

This study explored the types of perception about workplace bullying among employees in social service agencies for people with disabilities using Q methodology and analyzed the characteristics of each type. The analysis revealed three types of perception: ‘legal standards type’, ‘control of autonomy and lack of communication type’, and ‘control of occupational conditions type’. Based on these findings, the study proposed measures to prevent and address workplace bullying in social service agencies for people with disabilities.
