This study aimed to explore the experiences and meanings of art therapy for an adult woman with intellectual disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic using narrative inquiry. Through art therapy sessions, the participant shared various experiences such as loneliness, negative feelings about COVID-19, gratitude, a desire for beauty, and a dream of becoming a chef, with psychological well-being and self-determination emerging as core themes.
