Summary

This study investigated the working environment of 48 nonstandard care workers in social services through focus group interviews. The analysis revealed four categories: poor working conditions, exploitative environment, discriminatory environment, and dangerous environment. Based on these findings, policy recommendations were proposed to guarantee the labor rights of nonstandard workers and improve the quality of care work.
