Summary

This study aims to provide implications for establishing ethical management strategies for domestic public enterprises and general companies through case analysis of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management system and implementation. The Korea Gas Technology Corporation has continuously advanced its ethical management system since 2004, allowing other companies to benchmark major implementations at each stage, such as the introduction, institutionalization, settlement, and maturity of the ethical management system.
