This study investigated the mediating effect of stress coping (problem-solving focused and social support seeking focused) on the relationship between grit and burnout among infant teachers. The results showed a positive correlation between grit and problem-solving/social support seeking coping, and a negative correlation between grit and burnout, with stress coping partially mediating the relationship between grit and burnout.
