Summary

This study investigated the structural relationships between social support and academic self-efficacy in adolescents, focusing on the mediating roles of emotional intelligence and academic grit, and analyzed differences between alternative and general school groups. The results indicated that social support significantly influenced academic self-efficacy, partially mediated by emotional intelligence and academic grit. No significant differences were found in the structural relationships between the two school groups.
