This study explores the survival strategy of the philosophy of physical education after COVID-19, proposing individual and social-level strategies to respond to rapid changes. At the individual level, strengthening digital literacy, adopting online teaching methods, and reading original texts are crucial, while at the social level, expanding research areas, renaming academic journals, and developing curricula are necessary. Ultimately, the philosophy of physical education should lead the field of physical education through internal change and contribute academic achievements to reality.
