Summary

This study empirically investigated the effect of organizational fairness on the self-elasticity and job enthusiasm of foreign-only casino security managers. The results showed that distributive and interactional fairness of organizational fairness had a positive effect on self-elasticity, while procedural and interactional fairness positively influenced the vitality of job enthusiasm. These findings suggest that perceiving organizational fairness is crucial as a human resource management strategy to enhance the self-elasticity and job enthusiasm of foreign-only casino security managers.
