Summary

This study investigated the effect of the image and awareness of safe restaurant signs on behavioral intention to suggest future directions for restaurants in the COVID-19 era. The results showed that the image and awareness of safe restaurant signs influence behavioral intention through trust, highlighting the importance of building trust and promotional activities to raise awareness of certification.
