Summary

This study examines legislative measures to address social conflicts caused by digital transformation. It proposes a legislative working procedure model including institutionalization of impact assessment, systematization of public comment procedures, establishment of a feedback platform, and submission of conflict impact assessment results to the National Assembly. Furthermore, it aims to effectively resolve digital transformation and conflict issues through the functionalization of the 4th Industrial Revolution Committee and its linkage with the National Assembly’s legislative process.
