This study examines the clarity of the application of the Commercial Act regarding the appointment of a manager in a tax accounting corporation. As the Certified Tax Accountant Act does not explicitly prohibit the application of the Commercial Act's provisions on managers, it is possible to appoint a certified tax accountant as the manager of a tax accounting corporation and grant them authority to perform duties, which can provide tax representation benefits to taxpayers. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the meaning and scope of application of the provisions on limited liability companies under the Commercial Act in the Certified Tax Accountant Act.
