Summary

This study compared the effects of the abdominal drawing-in maneuver on lumbar dysfunction and balance ability in office workers with chronic low back pain. Significant improvements in KODI scores and balance ability tests were observed in the abdominal drawing-in maneuver group, suggesting that this technique is effective in alleviating chronic low back pain and improving function in office workers.
