Summary

This study examined the impact of workplace incivility on counterproductive work behavior and turnover intention among hotel food and beverage employees, as well as the moderating effect of emotional intelligence. The results indicated that workplace incivility significantly affected counterproductive work behavior and turnover intention, and emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intention, particularly for female employees.
