국내 간호학생 성격관련 연구 문헌고찰 : MBTI를 중심으로

Summary
This study analyzed 22 Korean studies on MBTI and nursing students to identify research trends and suggest directions for nursing education. The analysis revealed that cognitive-perceptual variables such as self-efficacy and self-esteem were frequently studied alongside MBTI, with ISTJ and ESTJ being the most common personality types. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies relating MBTI personality types to career choices and the development of teaching-learning strategies tailored to different personality types.
