Summary
This study presents the development and pilot operation results of the Wel-Tech integrated case management system for the elderly residents of Seongnam Wirye Public Silver Housing. The system consists of welfare center, in-house, and living lab support modules, and the pilot operation confirmed the necessity and user satisfaction of the system. Furthermore, important lessons were learned regarding UI/UX design for the elderly, device miniaturization, and interaction minimization.
