Summary

This study analyzes domestic creative labor brokerage platforms (Kmong, Otwojob, Soomgo, Loudsourcing) to identify the current status and problems of creative labor and to explore ways to establish it within the platform system. The analysis revealed issues such as low wages, overwork, lack of consideration for expertise/difficulty, insufficient copyright protection, high commission fees, and one-sided evaluation. To address these issues, improvements are needed in the platform structure centered on creators, guaranteeing labor standards, strengthening copyright protection, classifying by skill/difficulty level, and expanding the concept of the platform to promote collaboration.
