Summary

This study qualitatively investigated the stress levels of mothers related to meal preparation and changes in food consumption patterns after the COVID-19 pandemic through in-depth interviews. The results showed an increase in food delivery and online grocery shopping with a decrease in eating out, but a tendency to prepare meals with fresh ingredients due to health concerns. Furthermore, factors such as mothers’ age, household income, and education level were found to influence food consumption.
