Summary
This study aimed to identify the causal relationship between organizational culture, leader-member exchange (LMX), and organizational silence in a travel agency setting, and to verify the mediating effect of LMX. Survey results from travel agency employees in Korea showed that relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture, and task-oriented culture positively influenced LMX, and LMX negatively influenced organizational silence.
