Summary

This study aimed to determine how Korean college students perceived Zoom as a video conference tool in online English courses focusing on presentation and communication skills. The findings revealed a very high level of overall satisfaction with online classes using Zoom, and students considered Zoom a convenient and efficient tool. Furthermore, a significant number of students expressed a preference for incorporating online classes alongside face-to-face instruction.
