Summary

This study investigated the relationship between leader trust and workplace isolation in a work-from-home situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the moderated mediation effect of organizational commitment and work-from-home intensity. The results showed that leader trust negatively affects workplace isolation, organizational commitment mediates this relationship, and work-from-home intensity moderates the relationship between organizational commitment and workplace isolation.
