Summary

This study investigated the relationships among person-organization fit, self-efficacy, job crafting, and organizational citizenship behavior among employees in social enterprises, and tested the mediating effects of self-efficacy and job crafting. The results showed that person-organization fit did not directly affect organizational citizenship behavior, but positively influenced self-efficacy and job crafting, and the mediating effect of job crafting was significant in the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior.
