Summary

This study aims to contribute to the development of O2O commerce in Korea by analyzing the current status of O2O commerce and investigating consumer purchasing behavior. Specifically, a survey of college students in Seoul revealed that Baemin and Yogiyo dominate the delivery app market, and many consumers use delivery apps more than once a week. The findings suggest that solving the problem of high delivery fees is important for improving the convenience of O2O food delivery services.
