This study explored personal and environmental variables in high school that affect university students' future career decisions and analyzed the influence of key predictors. Using machine learning analysis with KEEP data, 15 variables related to school life, career planning, and vocational consciousness were found to significantly influence future career decisions. Specifically, having a career plan after graduation, having made a future job decision, and being female were identified as factors increasing the likelihood of making a future career decision.
