This study analyzes the current status of apparel sewing factories in Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, a key area of the apparel sewing industry in Seoul, and proposes development plans through differentiation strategies, branding, and production digitalization and automation. The study emphasizes the need for growth as a specialized production area for Daimaru products, the development of its own brand, and the reorganization of the workforce for the survival and growth of sewing factories in Jangwi-dong.
