Summary

This study examined the effect of self-rated health status on suicide risk in cancer patients, focusing on the mediating effect of depression and the moderated mediating effect of family TSL communication. The results indicated that self-rated health status and depression had a complete mediating effect on suicide risk, and family TSL communication showed a moderated mediating effect on the relationship between depression and suicide risk.
