This study examined the degree of change perceived by single parents in their children and the effect of family time and leisure activities on these changes, particularly in areas like relationships and school life. The results indicated that single parents perceived positive changes in their children's relationships and attitudes, but negative changes in academic performance and relationships with relatives, and that more family time and leisure activities were associated with more positive changes. Based on these findings, the study suggests strengthening parent education and expanding support for single-parent families to promote the emotional stability of their children.
