Summary

This study examined the factors affecting satisfaction and intention to recommend in a metaverse-based expo, focusing on ease of use, co-presence, and social presence. The analysis revealed that functional, sensory, and perceptual elements of affordance significantly influenced both satisfaction and recommendation intention, with social presence and ease of use being the most impactful factors. These findings suggest that considering affordance in metaverse environment design is crucial for enhancing user engagement satisfaction and recommendation intention.
