Summary

This study examined the effects of mobile shopping characteristics (personalization, ease of use, ubiquity) on the perceived value (emotional, economic, convenience) of middle-aged consumers and the impact of perceived value on satisfaction. The results showed that personalization and ease of use enhance perceived value, while ubiquity decreases it, and perceived value positively influences satisfaction.
