Summary

This study aimed to understand the meaning and essence of the experiences of academic high school girls in self-growth group art therapy using a hermeneutic phenomenological approach. The results showed that self-growth group art therapy provided opportunities for self-healing, self-exploration, emotional acceptance, perspective expansion, and future change, supporting the holistic growth of the participants.
