Summary

This study empirically analyzed the relationship between flexible Human Resource Management (HRM) and individual ambidexterity, as well as the moderating effect of trust in management. The results showed that flexible HRM has a positive impact on individual ambidexterity, and trust in management strengthens this relationship. This suggests the importance of companies enhancing employees’ ambidexterity through flexible HRM and building trust in management.
