Summary
This study aimed to explore the online distance experiments and interaction of engineering freshmen during the COVID-19 pandemic, identify practical difficulties, and derive implications. The results showed that non-face-to-face experiments were categorized into complete, mixed, and fusion types, and non-face-to-face interactions were restricted in terms of simultaneous activities, rapport formation, and observation opportunities.
