Summary

This study analyzed the current status of lifelong university education during the COVID-19 period using news big data, revealing universities are moving towards future education through the expansion of lifelong, online, and convergence education. Furthermore, the importance of local community cooperation for non-capital region universities and government support for lifelong vocational education were highlighted in overcoming the crisis caused by COVID-19.
