Summary

This study analyzes the moderating effect of corporate governance on the impact of capital structure and default risk on corporate performance and operating efficiency. The analysis reveals that increased debt negatively impacts operating performance, while default risk has a positive effect. Furthermore, corporate governance variables significantly influence total asset turnover, suggesting a moderating role in the relationship between capital structure/default risk and corporate efficiency.
