This study explores the importance of worldview interpretation from the perspective of philosophical counseling to help individuals suffering from mental distress after the COVID-19 pandemic. It particularly proposes a way to enhance individuals’ crisis resilience and mental strength by utilizing the concepts of ‘trans-sophia’ and ‘self-transformation’ based on the ideas of Karl Jaspers.
