Summary

This study investigated the consumption and satisfaction of fresh-cut produce among 982 Korean adults. High consumption rates were observed for washed/peeled vegetables, packaged salads, and pre-cut fruits, with an overall satisfaction score of 3.73. Female respondents showed higher purchase rates and satisfaction with packaged salads, while high-income individuals prioritized eco-friendly/organic status.
