Summary

This study examined the effect of a strengths-based group counseling program on the resilience and job search efficacy of injured workers. The results showed that the experimental group exhibited positive changes in resilience and job search efficacy compared to the control group. This suggests that the strengths-based group counseling program is effective in the psychological recovery and re-employment of injured workers.
