Summary

This study investigated the effect of consumers' overseas direct purchase experience on repurchase intention through perceived benefits and risks, and the moderating effect of COVID-19 concern on these relationships. The analysis revealed that overseas direct purchase experience significantly influenced repurchase intention through perceived benefits and risks, while COVID-19 concern inhibited the perception of convenience utility and strengthened the negative impact of perceived risks.
