This study aimed to develop a scale to measure the family strength of single-parent families. Through an online survey of 286 single-parent families, a 48-item scale consisting of five domains (basic foundation, parental roles, work-life balance, social network, lifestyle, household management) was finalized. This scale can be used to enhance the efficiency of single-parent family support programs and serve as a foundational resource for developing health indicators applicable to various family structures.
