Summary

This study analyzed the structural relationship between self-directed learning ability, learning attitude, interpersonal relationship ability, and academic resilience in nursing students. The results showed that self-directed learning ability affects academic resilience through interpersonal relationship ability, and learning attitude moderates the relationship between self-directed learning ability and interpersonal relationship ability. This suggests the need to establish a strategy considering these variables to improve academic resilience.
