This paper examines the Korean scholarship of premodern Chinese history over the past sixty years by analyzing approximately 180 articles published in the Chung Kuk Hak Po. The early stage (1963-1999) was characterized by research from senior scholars, studies on Sino-Korean relations, and the influence of overseas academia, while the recent stage (2000-2021) has shown remarkable growth with the utilization of archaeological evidence, refined research topics, and in-depth studies of Inner Asian frontiers.
