Summary

This study aims to analyze the score data released by the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation to identify problems with the current CSAT scoring system and suggest improvement measures. Analysis of the distribution of standard scores and the development of an index to evaluate the stability of each level revealed that raw score information is not fairly reflected in the calculation of the percentile and level. The study suggests calculating the standard score to a decimal point to address this issue and improve the quality of the scoring system.
