Summary
This study examined the effect of major satisfaction on major efficacy and career competency in college students, as well as the mediating effect of major efficacy on the relationship between major satisfaction and career competency. The results showed that major satisfaction is an important factor in increasing major efficacy, and major efficacy completely mediates the relationship between major satisfaction and career competency.
