Summary

This study analyzed the effect of civic education participation experience on the intention to participate in local autonomy education among 500 Yongin citizens. The results showed that interest in local autonomy and opportunities for resident participation positively influenced the intention to participate in local autonomy education, and education participation experience had a moderating effect on the relationship between the perceived necessity of local autonomy education and the intention to participate.
