Summary

This study aimed to survey the perception of special education teachers regarding the development of special education digital textbooks and to develop a sample storyboard. The survey results indicated that special education teachers had limited use of existing e-textbooks and desired new digital textbooks, requesting features such as accessibility, usability, support for diverse disabilities, and rich material provision.
